What Is an American Flag Run? Join the Movement

An American flag run is exactly what it sounds like. People meet up, carry the American flag, and run or walk together through their city. No politics on the megaphone, no division, just neighbors showing up for something bigger than themselves. At UNIFY USA, the flag run is the heartbeat of everything we do.

Where the flag runs started

It started simple. One flag, one road, and a decision to stop scrolling past the division and actually do something about it. What began as a couple of brothers running with a flag turned into hundreds of people showing up in city after city to run for the same reason: this country is worth standing up for, together.

What actually happens at a UNIFY flag run

You show up, you meet people who love this country as much as you do, and you run or walk a route through the city carrying the flag. Some people run the whole thing, some walk with their kids, some just come to be part of the crowd. Afterward everyone hangs out, meets up, and takes it all in. It is free, it is open to everyone, and it is one of the few places left where strangers become friends over something as simple as pride in America.

Why we do it

We are tired of being told this country is too far gone. We do not buy it. Every flag run is proof that regular Americans still want to come together, still love this place, and still believe the best of us shows up when we stand shoulder to shoulder. That is the whole mission: stand up to the division.

How to join a flag run near you

We run in cities all over the country, from Orlando to Nashville to New York City to Washington DC, and we are adding more all the time. Find the next run, grab your flag, and bring a friend. You do not have to be a runner. You just have to show up.
