Order Processing Time

Stocked apparel is processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Made-to-order products have their own production and delivery estimates on the product page. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.

During high-volume periods (such as product launches or promotions), processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Eligible stocked-apparel orders of $55 or more after discounts qualify for free standard U.S. shipping. Below $55, the standard rate is $7.95. Remembrance products have separate shipping charges, calculated at checkout. Mixed orders may have separate charges. The Remembrance Tee and Hat ship in two parcels.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days (if available)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Domestic Shipping

Unify USA currently ships within the United States only.

We ship within the United States. For a P.O. box or APO/FPO/DPO military address, email support@unifyusaofficial.com before ordering so we can confirm delivery options for your items. Delivery times to military addresses may be longer.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Shipping Delays

Unify USA is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly before reaching out to us.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Unify USA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier to file a claim.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer cannot be refunded or replaced.
