Still haven’t received my hat I’ve sent three emails. None of them have been answered when I first asked about the order you guys said you switched facilities and I fell through the cracks now when I track the order, it says it hasn’t even been shipped yet. Still haven’t received it and of course I’m upset. I spent good money on a hat that I haven’t got yet.
