Tampa Saturday Runs — Bayshore Boulevard and Ballast Point Park

Weekly Run

Every Saturday

Location: Ballast Point Park, Tampa, Florida

Walk: 3:00 PM  |  Run: 4:00 PM

Free to join. All paces welcome. Bring a friend.

Bayshore Boulevard is one of the longest continuous sidewalks in the United States, running along the edge of Hillsborough Bay in Tampa with the water on one side and the skyline on the other. It is the kind of place that reminds you what public space is supposed to feel like, open, shared, and belonging to everyone.

That is exactly why we run there.

Are you free to join us on Bayshore on Saturdays? What is holding you back?

The Saturday Run

Every Saturday, UNIFY USA community members gather at Ballast Point Park on Bayshore Boulevard for a walk and run that is less about pace and more about presence. The walk starts at 3:00 PM. The run follows at 4:00 PM. There is no entry fee, no registration form, no requirement beyond showing up.

Ballast Point Park sits at the southern tip of Bayshore, jutting out into Tampa Bay with views of the water in nearly every direction. It is one of the most scenic spots in the city and, on a Saturday afternoon, one of the most alive.

Why We Show Up Every Week

UNIFY USA is not just a brand. It is a movement built on the idea that Americans have more in common than the news lets on, and that the best way to prove that is not to argue about it online, but to run together in real life.

Tampa has become one of the anchors of that movement. Week after week, people who might never cross paths otherwise find each other on Bayshore. They run a few miles, they catch their breath, and they leave knowing that the person next to them, whoever they are, voted differently, watched different channels, lives a different life, also showed up. That matters.

Who This Run Is For

The Saturday Tampa runs are for everyone. That is not a disclaimer, it is the whole point. You do not need to be fast. You do not need to be fit. You do not need to agree on anything beyond the decision to be here. The walk group and the run group leave at different times so that no one gets left behind.

Tampa Bay has 3 million people in it. If even a fraction of them showed up on Bayshore on a Saturday morning carrying an American flag and choosing to be a neighbor instead of a stranger, the city would look different.

We are working on that fraction, one run at a time.

Part of Something Bigger

The Tampa Saturday runs are part of UNIFY USA's city-to-city run series, which has now covered more than 800 miles across the country. Every city adds to that number. Every run writes a new chapter in the archive.

If you are in Tampa or passing through, the address is Ballast Point Park, Tampa, Florida. Walk at 3 PM. Run at 4 PM. Every Saturday.

No excuses. Just Bayshore.
