Giveaway Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
1. Sponsor
UNIFY USA LLC, 5536 Illinois Ave, New Port Richey, FL 34652 (the "Sponsor").
2. Eligibility
The UNIFY USA Collection Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, and their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
3. Entry Period
The Giveaway begins on August 18, 2026 and ends on September 14, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible. The Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Giveaway.
4. How to Enter
Online entry. During the Entry Period, visit unifyusaofficial.com/pages/giveaway and submit a valid email address. This is a free entry and earns one (1) entry.
Bonus entries. An entrant may earn additional entries as follows:
- Providing a valid mobile telephone number and affirmatively consenting to receive recurring marketing text messages from the Sponsor: five (5) additional entries. Providing a telephone number and consenting to text messages is entirely optional and is not required to enter or to win. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of entry or of any purchase.
- Each person who submits a valid entry using the entrant's unique referral link: three (3) additional entries to the referring entrant. There is no limit on the number of referral entries an entrant may earn.
Free alternate method of entry (AMOE). To enter without submitting information online, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, daytime telephone number, email address, and date of birth on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in a #10 envelope with proper postage to: UNIFY USA Collection Giveaway, UNIFY USA LLC, 5536 Illinois Ave, New Port Richey, FL 34652. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by September 14, 2026 and received by September 19, 2026. Each mail-in entry earns one (1) entry and has an equal chance of winning as an online entry. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per outer envelope. Mechanically reproduced entries are not permitted. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or postage-due mail.
Limit one (1) base entry per person and per email address for the duration of the Entry Period. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or that the Sponsor determines were submitted by automated means may be disqualified.
5. Prizes
Grand Prize (one (1) winner): One (1) of each item in the UNIFY USA collection released on September 15, 2026, in the winner's selected sizes, plus a personalized video message from the Sponsor's founders. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $350.00.
Second Prizes (ten (10) winners): One (1) engraved UNIFY USA commemorative dog tag, numbered and personalized with the winner's name. ARV: $25.00 each.
Prize fulfillment and timing. The Second Prize dog tags are personalized and engraved to order after winners are confirmed. Winners should allow approximately six (6) to eight (8) weeks from the date they confirm their prize and provide their engraving details for their dog tag to be produced and shipped. The Grand Prize will be shipped within approximately four (4) weeks of winner confirmation and receipt of the winner's size selections.
Total ARV of all prizes: $600.00. Prizes are non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent is permitted, except that the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable. All prize details not expressly stated are at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Prizes will be shipped within the United States only. All taxes and any expenses not expressly described as part of a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
6. Odds and Winner Selection
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries on or about September 15, 2026. The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.
7. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified by email, and by text message where a telephone number was provided, within three (3) business days of the drawing. A potential winner must respond within seven (7) days of the date of first notification attempt. If a potential winner cannot be reached, fails to respond within the stated period, declines a prize, is found ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, that prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.
8. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes each winner's consent to the Sponsor's use of the winner's first name, last initial, and state of residence for promotional purposes without further compensation.
9. Privacy
Information submitted in connection with the Giveaway will be handled in accordance with the Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Entering the Giveaway with an email address enrolls the entrant in the Sponsor's email marketing list. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Entrants who opt in to text messages may cancel at any time by replying STOP.
10. General Conditions
By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway. Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil law. The Sponsor is not responsible for technical malfunctions, lost or delayed transmissions, or entries that are not received.
11. Not Affiliated With Social Platforms
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., TikTok, or any other social media platform. Entrants understand that they are providing information to the Sponsor and not to any such platform.
12. Winners List
For the names of the winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to UNIFY USA Collection Giveaway Winners List, UNIFY USA LLC, 5536 Illinois Ave, New Port Richey, FL 34652, to be received no later than November 1, 2026.
